چکیده

This work describes the procedure for determining expected values of UAV radio-heat contrasts () and discusses its angular dependences, as well estimation detection distances at four points cm mm ranges (12 GHz, 20 34 94 GHz). paper reveals pronounced frequency dependence on brightness temperature a fiberglass unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) made from composite materials. The quantified experiments are conducted against sky background under various weather conditions wave ranges. qualitative physical interpretation these properties their is proposed, reflecting coefficient radio background. weak influence observed UAVs in X Ku bands demonstrated along with multiple decreasing characteristics advantages W band bad (the appearance rain or thick cloud). presents data contrasts, regularities noted could be useful predicting effectiveness proposed radiometric tracking system.

Operation of Graphene Transistors at GHz Frequencies

Top-gated graphene transistors operating at high frequencies (GHz) have been fabricated and their characteristics analyzed. The measured intrinsic current gain shows an ideal 1/f frequency dependence, indicating an FET-like behavior for graphene transistors. The cutoff frequency fT is found to be proportional to the dc transconductance gm of the device, consistent with the relation fT=gm/(2πCG)...

Absolutely calibrated radio polarimetry of the inner Galaxy at 2.3 GHz and 4.8 GHz

We present high sensitivity and absolutely calibrated images of diffuse radio polarisation at a resolution of about 10 covering the range 10 < l < 34 and |b| < 5 at 2.3 GHz from the S-band Parkes All Sky Survey and at 4.8 GHz from the SinoGerman λ6 cm polarisation survey of the Galactic plane. Strong depolarisation near the Galactic plane is seen at 2.3 GHz, which correlates with strong Hα emis...

MICROCELLULAR MOBILE RADIO CHANNEL TRANSMISSION LOSS and TEMPORAL DISPERSION CHARACTERISTICS AT 1.9 GHz AND 5.8 GHz

There is considerable interest in determining differences between radio channel characteristics in the currently allocated mobile radio frequency bands and bands that might be allocated for that purpose in the future. This document is therefore devoted to a determination and comparison of channel characteristics estimated from measurements on microcellular mobile radio channels at frequencies n...
